Coach and Train.  Knowing that the manager is the critical influence for an employee's performance and retention, we have a series of 1.5+ hour "Lunchtime Presentations" to train managers on best practices (or to refresh best approaches for seasoned managers) to ensure staff perform at their best. In addition, we offer one-on-one coaching to understand and assist an employee with his/her challenges or with addressing employee and team performance situations.


Build a Performance Management System.  Let Performance Management Services train and build systems that support your managers through each step of the Performance Management Process.

Facilitiate Strategic Planning and Mission/Vision Development.  We plan and facilitate opportunities for your leadership team to collaboratively brainstorm organization priorities and a timetable to achieve your objectives.
